Bill’s Legacy

As Bill’s son, I’ve had the privilege of watching my father paint for nearly my entire life. His easel, brushes, and sketchbooks have been part of our home for as long as I can remember. What began as a young artist’s dream in the 1940s has become a lifetime of expression—rooted in curiosity, color, and truth.

Educated at the American Academy of Art in Chicago, Bill began his career as a commercial illustrator and muralist before dedicating himself fully to fine art. His paintings are filled with rhythm, light, and emotion—bridging abstraction and the human spirit. They capture the quiet poetry of daily life and his deep connection to nature, music, and people.

Today, at 95 years old, he still paints with the same sense of wonder he had as a student. Each work is a conversation between time, texture, and soul—a window into seven decades of creative exploration. It’s an honor to share his art with collectors and friends who recognize that same spark of life in every brushstroke.
