It is Way Back When Wednesday again. This week I am posting a few more sketches from my dad's 1948 Sketchbook (he was 18). Even back then he loved jazz and has sketched several other jazz musicians in other books which I will post here at a later date.

Here is a sketch of Lizzie Miles which he sketched during her performance. He often asked for autographs, so that may her signature by her hand. I do not know. I do know it is not in his hand. I will ask him and update you here if it is.
